- 1 / 5By A Google UserVery poor customer service. Even though they did not opt out of the free 7.11 ounce slurpee, they had none of those cups left. The employees are Indian and are hard to communicate with, but they were especially rude to customers that day. One person shouted "I'm never coming here again", to which the employee responds "I don't care". They even called Berkeley police on people. I have not stepped foot in that store since and don't ever intend to again. I must thank them however for saving a water bottle I left there the week before.October 21, 2016
