  This is a fun and romantic Japanese snack bar. It has very good yet expensive skewers (7-9 dollar/2 skewers). I wouldn't say the food matches the price. However, the uniqueness of this place is that it allows you to really sit down and talk to your friends for more than 3+ hours. Have some sake, enjoy life.

  Nice But Pricey; Good Post-Meal Service
  
  We went as a group to Ippuku on a Thursday evening. Busy place. 8 of us squeezed into a 6 seater table.
  
  We ordered a bunch of food for sharing. The portions were relatively small and somewhat pricey. Service was a bit slow probably because of the crowd. Food was tasty and quite high quality. The grilled rice I remembered was better than usual. We paid about $40 each but didn't have quite enough.
  
  I lost an item and went back to look for it the next day. The service staff was very nice about it. She even texted me later in the evening to let me know that they looked but couldn't find it. I think that's really going out of her way. Good customer service.
